Are bike tour is at end and we are staying with friends in Seattle. This morning after breakfast this red-tailed hawk greeted us atop a tall pine tree. As it flew away, screaming back at me, it displayed the red tail for which it is famous!
Our long bike tour continues which started near Glacier National Park. After going as far south as Eugene, Oregon to visit my brother we have now reached the Pacific Coast and turned north towards Seattle. Our bike tour has now brought us to the Columbia River Gorge region. Thus we have finally exited the high desert region, and a few clouds and moisture has finally been in the air.
