I have much, much better photographs of this owl, but when the mercury finally warms to 0F at 3 pm, and the wind is still fierce, smart Snowy Owls hide where they can feel the warmth of the sun’s rays, and avoid the wind! (Duluth area this afternoon) We are all sick of the cold.
